The service
We source, vet and present LATAM engineers for your open roles. You interview and decide; we never make a hiring decision for you. Nothing here is legal, tax or employment advice, and we are not your employer of record unless a separate EOR agreement says so.
Fees
You pay on hire, not on introduction. The percentage and its basis are agreed in writing before any candidate is presented. [Define the final fee terms before publishing.]
Replacement window
If a placed engineer leaves or is terminated within the agreed window, we replace them under the terms of your signed agreement. Exact trigger, exclusions and window length live in that agreement, not on this page. [Define before publishing.]
Candidate data
Profiles are shared for evaluating a specific role. Do not redistribute them outside your company or retain them after the search closes. See our privacy policy.
